Astraia (アストライア), canonized as 'Saint Astraia', is an important historical figure from the Dark Ages and the patron saint of Erebonia.

Astraia is best known for being the namesake of St. Astraia Girls' School in the Sankt District of Heimdallr.
The lady Astraia upheld two moral principles on which the Girls' School was founded: humility in austerity (清貧であること) and service toward others (他者への奉仕). These are based on her actions during the fourth century, 900 years prior. When the Dark Dragon Zoro-Agruga used its miasma to turn the city into its necropolis, a strange disease spread among its residents. Astraia provided medical aid for those afflicted, an act which led her to be called a miracle worker. It was thanks to her accomplishments that Emperor Astorius II was able to relocate his people and vassals to the Empire's new capital, Saint-Arkh. The words she left became the pillars of the school's spirit.
Astraia owned a mysterious ring, an Artifact called the Ring of Relief (救済の指輪) that could heal others just from holding its user's hands. This ring remained in St. Astraia where it was eventually used by one of the Seventy-Seven Devils to complete itself using the souls of young girls who wore the ring, causing them to fall into comas. The devil was vanquished, and the Ring of Relief sent to the Gralsritter.
