Private Barranco, a NPC met at Gurune Gate
Private Barranco is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.
He's stationed at Gurune Gate separating the cities Rolent and Grancel and can be found guarding the gate on the Grancel side.
Like many of the soldiers in the Royal Army, Barranco is worried about the so-called terrorist threat and, unaware that the reported terrorists are members of the Intelligence Division, is hoping for the increasingly common special ops members near the Erbe Royal Villa to catch the Royal Guardsmen who've supposedly turned traitor. Due to the royal guardsmen being well-trained, Barranco is anxious about the idea of having to face on in battle, though he's still determined to do his duty if he were to come face to face with one.
Shortly after Estelle's and Joshua's arrival in the Grancel region, Barranco mentions having seen an odd girl with glasses on the Erbe Scenic Route. This was most likely Dorothy, but there's no further information on what she was doing there.

He's also a subordinate of Chief Watch Officer Robin and Watch Officer Graves.
