As a student of the Thors Military Academy, she and Hugo Kleist competed who would sell most during the academy's annual festival. It ended with a draw, prolonging their battle into even the Erebonian Civil War. Becky lost her energetic self after discovering the Grand Market had been burnt down. Becky resolves to help rebuild the market. After successfully doing so, she continued her competition with Hugo.
After the civil war, Becky started helping out at the Crossbell Trade Association. Worried over the developments of Kleist Co. under Hugo's supervision, Becky decided to run the Cooperative Store at Thors Branch Campus. In the meanwhile, she is devising a plan to stop the ever growing Kleist conglomerate.

- In the Japanese version of the game, Becky speaks in the Kansai dialect. Apart from her father, the only other character in the series speaking in Kansai dialect so far is Kevin Graham.
- Becky's Kansai dialect was translated into English with a Glaswegian accent by Trails of Cold Steel's secondary translator, Ryan Thomson, who lives in Glasgow.
- Like Becky, her father speaks entirely in the Kansai dialect. Her mother speaks standardized Japanese or English. Her younger brother alternates between the two, sometimes even mid-sentence.
