Bolle, a NPC met in Ruan
Bolle is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
He's a sailor who regularly hangs out at the Aqua Rossa Bar in the southern part of town, like many in his line of work like to do.
After Mayor Dalmore gets arrested, many inhabitants of Ruan start discussing possible candidates they'd like to run for mayor and Bolle is among those with a pretty clear opinion. He doesn't like the idea of Ruan's most prominent merchant being elected into office and would prefer the harbormaster to get the job instead as he believes that the people of South Ruan simply wouldn't be happy working as tour guides instead of fishermen despite tourism bringing in bigger profits.
