Treasure Chests[]
| Key | Contents | Chest Quote |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | No wonder no one trusts the police these days. They're out here stealing from us treasure chests! | |
| Chapter 3: Happy birthday, Crossbell! It's Usher! *Xbox 360 sound* | ||
| 2 | Let's play hide-and-seek. You hide something valuable in me, and then go seek therapy for kleptomania. | |
| 3 | The chest joins your party! Its MOV is 0, however, so it will wait here. | |
| 4 | 'Nyeh nyeh nyeh!' (Imelda appears to have left a voice recorder in the chest.) | |
| 5 | Y'know, I used to contain a bottle of Grand Chardonnay. I wonder what became of it. Last I heard, it ended up in Liberl. | |
| 6 | Monsters: Geralm Rat ×4 | |
| You check the chest and find this text box. It is a very good text box, I assure you. Very well written. |
Quests[]
- Quarrel Arbitration: The Downtown gangs are ramping up their fights.
- Vacancy Verification: One of the vacancies to check is in Lotus Heights.
- Abandoned Apartment Monster Cleanup: Imelda wants Maison Imelda clear of monsters.

- Support Requests (Chapter 3): After the first request, the SSS defuses a fight between Wald and Estelle and Joshua with a race through Downtown.
- Urgent Request from City Hall: The third clue takes the SSS to Ignis.
- Orbal Staff Enhancement: Guillaume and Chief Roberts collaborate to upgrade Tio's staff.

Treasure Chests[]
| Key | Contents | Chest Quote |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Someone has to end this cycle of looting. What do you say, ready to bury the latchet? | |
| 2 | The treasure chest activates its power to stop time! Fortunately, it can't do anything, either, so nothing happens while you read this text. | |
| 3 | [2/61] 'I shall await your answer at midnight. From my heart to yours. --Jubilee' With the letter fully read, Cyril sighed, returned it back to its accompanying chest set upon on his lap, then sunk further into his chair, long legs spread wide in a most undignified manner. | |
| 4 | Wow, a sequel to Trails in the Chest? I can't believe the Geofront got a chest-selling author to work on Azure. | |
| 5 | An advertisement is pasted to the bottom side of the lid: You'd have to be BLIND to not see all Maison Imelda has to offer! For availabilities, contact Madam Imelda at Imelda's Antiques. | |
| 6 | Monsters: Geralm Rat ×4, Mosquito ×4 | |
| Someone keeps stealing the wheels off the First Division's patrol cars. They're working tirelessly to bring them to justice. |
Quests[]
- Support Requests (Chapter 1): The SSS asks Ashleigh about the red-headed man they met on the highway.
- Ostensible Ownership: The unknown resident is former representative Gable.
- Maison Imelda Monster Extermination: Superior Mosquito can be found in the back area of Maison Imelda, in the north room of the 2nd floor.

Trails of Cold Steel III[]
After Crossbell was annexed into Erebonia, the Downtown District was renovated and renamed the Uptown District, becoming a residential zone for Erebonian officers. Liang and Vesse acquired the deed to Trinity and worked to support it with help of the Downtown District's former residents.
Following the reindependence of Crossbell, most of the Erebonian residents of the Uptown District left.
