Dalia (Sora)

Dalia, a NPC met in Grancel

Dalia is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.

She lives in a large house in the western section of the royal city, right next to the Grand Cathedral, together with her guardians; General Morgan and his wife Katrina.

Due to his position, General Morgan isn't home very often, although he usually comes to Grancel during the annual festivities surrounding the queen's birthday, participating in the martial arts competition and attending the meeting of the Royal Assembly, to which he receives a personal invitation from Queen Alicia. This year, however, he mysteriously fails to show up, puzzling both Dalia and Katrina. Things get worse when in addition to General Morgan remaining out of contact, Morgan's and Katrina's granddaughter Rianne also disappears on the day of the tournament's last match and while Dalia goes out looking for her, she's unable to find her. Katrina and Dalia put in a request with the army to have Rianne found, but they don't get a reply. It's not until the Bracer Guild and Royal Guard assault Erbe Royal Villa that Rianne is found, taken there by the Intelligence Division to serve as a hostage in order to keep General Morgan under control.

After the hostages are freed and the Intelligence Division's coup is thwarted, Dalia, like the rest of Grancel's population, hears about the coup d'etat, though she still feels very strange about it, seeing that Colonel Richard had visited their home many times and he had always been polite and full of praise.

While Dalia's no blood-relative of the general and his wife, she's been living with them ever since the end of the Hundred Days War. Ten years ago, she lost both her parents to the war and the after the end of the war, Morgan and his wife took in the orphaned Dalia. Out of gratitude for looking after her all those years, Dalia started working at her foster home as a maid in an attempt to settle her debt of gratitude.

Relations[]

Dalia is an employee and ward of General Morgan and Katrina.
