Danton, a NPC met in Grancel
Danton is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
He's a store clerk working at Edel's Department Store located in the eastern section of the royal city. Danton's the person in charge of selling accessories. His boss, Edel, recently came back from a trip through the country, though Danton had been hoping she'd stay away a little while longer since he finds her presence overbearing. Nevertheless, when she proposes a company trip to the Bose Market to "study the competition" some more, he's pretty excited about the prospect himself.
Danton likes to keep up with the national news and is aware of the various crises that took place in other cities. He's particularly upset with the political turn of events in Ruan, since it's prevented them from receiving new shipments of fresh fish, something he's very fond of, though he's glad that Ruan at least has held elections and the house of Dalmore is on its way out.
He's also pretty annoyed with the tightening security in Grancel, especially after the closing of the airport prevents the store from replenishing its stock. Despite the rumors about the Royal Guard having staged a terrorist attack, Danton still has faith in the Queen's retainers and states that if a member came to the store to seek shelter, he'd hide him or her in a heartbeat.
