She needs it to make a charm that traces its origins back to the Eisenritter.
Charm of the Eisenritter (鉄騎隊の御守り) is a hidden quest that occurs during Chapter 5: "Signs and Omens" in Trails of Cold Steel.
Background[]
The quest is available after completing Ebel Highway Monster 2 and heading to the Arseid Mansion.
The quest expires when reporting in for the day at the Legram Bracer Guild.
Walkthrough[]
- Speak with Cindy at the Legram wharf.
- Head to Ebel Highway Map 2 and examine the Luminous Grass on the higher area near the west exit.
- Return to Cindy.
Notebook[]
- Apparently, luminous grass isn't grass at all, but a flower that can only be found when the fog clears in this region. People have seen it on Ebel Highway. It's supposed to be more common in areas with higher elevation.
