Chasing Kitty (《仔猫》の追跡) is a story quest that occurs during Chapter 3: "Crossbell Anniversary Festival" in Trails from Zero.

The quest is given by Jona Sacred after completing Exposing the Counterfeit Dealers.
Walkthrough[]
- Speak with Jona in the terminal room of the Geofront B Sector.
- Head east and take the elevator down to the 2nd floor of the Geofront A1 Sector.
- Examine the elevator to the north to go down to the Geofront A2 Sector.
- Head east, go into the vent, head north and follow the vent to the end.
- Follow the path and enter the vent at the end.
- Follow the vent to the end and enter the next vent.
- Follow the vent to the end, walk around on top of the vent and examine the valve.
- Head east and take the elevator down to the 2nd floor.
- Head north, examine the valve and continue north.
- Follow the path, go through the vent to examine the valve and continue north.
- Enter the vent, follow the path to the end and examine the valve.
- Continue south, enter the next vent and head north.
- Examine the valve at the end of the vent and head north for a battle.
- Head east for a scene.
- Return west, use the elevator north and exit the Geofront.
- In the SSS, examine all 5 options, choose Finished, then Schwarze Auction.

- We agreed to help Jona with his hacking-related request in exchange for information.
- Jona wants to identify the access point of a terminal used by the hacker named Kitty who he considers his rival. He's requesting Tio's help with this.
- The plan is for Jona to use Control Terminal 8--the one in the room he's living in--to draw Kitty out while Tio uses Control Terminal 3 in Geofront A Sector to track her...I think?
- On one hand, we still have to carry out our official duties, but I can't just let Tio go to the terminal alone.
- We decided that Randy and Elie will help HQ with the festival-related work, while Tio and I will handle Jona's request.
- First, let's wrap up any remaining support requests we have to see to, then when we're ready, let's speak to Jona to start the operation.
- After leaving Jona's room, we headed straight to the Geofront's A Sector.
- After getting off the elevator on the right, there's a locked elevator in the back of the room. We can get to the lower stratum by punching in the authentication code there.
- Unlocked the elevator, allowing us access to the lower stratum. The terminal should be in the deepest section.
- Located the room with Control Terminal 3 and contacted Jona. Tio booted up the terminal and waited for Kitty to show up.
- Before long, Kitty appeared. After a fierce hacking battle, they found an address, but it seems that Jona was hacked in return. I still don't really understand it myself, but it looks like Kitty has the edge as a hacker.
- Let's return to Jona's room for now.
- Apparently, Kitty's access point is Rosenberg Studio, just off Mainz Mountain Path. Tio and Jona said that was impossible, though, since there are no orbal network lines there yet.
- In any event, we got the memory quartz we were promised. Its contents concern Revache.
