Support Requests (支援要請の対応) is a story quest that occurs during Chapter 3: "Crossbell Anniversary Festival" in Trails from Zero. It happens over the course of 4 days.

Day 2[]
- Examine the terminal and check the request [Missing Doctor].
- Complete Missing Doctor.
- Return to Crossbell City for a scene.
- Head to the Harbor District and approach the north end for a scene.
- BONUS/BONDING: During the race, choose the following answers:
- Break through (+1 DP and +5 Randy bonding points)
- Combo Craft (+1 DP and +5 Randy bonding points)
- Fight separatedly (+1 DP and +5 Randy bonding points)

Day 3[]
- Examine the terminal and check the request [Exposing the Counterfeit Dealers].
- Complete Exposing the Counterfeit Dealers.
- Exit the CPD for a scene.
- Head to the Geofront B Sector and enter the terminal room. Speak with Jona if necessary.
- Complete Chasing Kitty.
Day 4[]
- Examine the terminal and check the request [Missing Tourists].
- Complete Missing Tourists.
- Return to Crossbell City and head to the SSS building for a scene.
- Head to the Administrative District and speak with Harold and Sophia.
- Complete Finding Colin.
Day 5[]
- Head to the Harbor District and board the ferry to Mishelam Resort. Examine the schedule if necessary.

- It's the second day of the Crossbell Anniversary Festival. It looks like we'll be quite busy over the next five days. We should make sure we're efficient with our requests.
- Having finished our work for the day, we returned to the city, and got a call from Fran.
- The delinquent gangs are at it again! This time, they're fighting at the Harbor District. Let's head there ASAP and break it up.
- We arrived to find a different situation than we expected. The bracers, Estelle and Joshua had gotten there first and already intervened.
- The two sides tried to negotiate, but it took a turn for the worse, and things escalated.
- We stepped in just in the nick of time to stop a full-on battle. Everyone agreed to Randy's proposal to settle their differences with a team footrace through the Downtown District.
- The three teams are: Wazy and Wald, Estelle and Joshua, and finally, Randy and myself.
- Grace suddenly showed up to give commentary and the race turned into a heated contest.
- As expected, the other teams are quite formidable. Though we were far behind near the end of the race, Randy's quick thinking allowed us to squeak out a win.
- As they'd promised, the gangs both agreed to back off.
- It's the third day of the Crossbell Anniversary Festival. We'll need to take care of the new support requests we got in today, too.
- After helping the Second Division, we were contacted via Enigma when leaving HQ. Apparently, Jona Sacred got our number from the police database in order to try and get in touch with us.
- He wants to ask a favor of Tio, and claims to have some information that we might want in return. I don't know what he's up to, but we should at least hear what he has to say.
- It's the fourth day of the festival. Better start chipping away at the day's support requests.
- After investigating the Ancient Battlefield, we returned to Crossbell City. Let's head back to the SSS for now.
- When we got back, Fran called us. It seems that Mr. Hayworth's son has gone missing.
- Mr. Hayworth is waiting for us in front of the water fountain near the police HQ.
- It's the final day of the festival. We got a package from Kitty this morning.
- Inside was an invitation to the Schwarze Auction. She really is full of surprises. This is a rare chance, so we should try to make good use of it.
- First, let's check the terminal for any new support requests that have come in. Once we've finished everything up, we'll head over to the port in the Harbor District and take the ferry to Mishelam.
