Montmart Bistro (ビストロ《モンマルト》) is a bistro in Edith's Vieux Quartier in Edith, Calvard.
Background[]
The Bistro has existed in the capital for many years, founded by Victor. Dominique Lanster is an old friend of his and helped him set it up in the past. Many notable patrons have dined there over the years including former president, Samuel Rocksmith.
Vegetables from Creil, and even ingredients from Ored are used in the Bistro. Patrons note how nice the atmosphere is, and it is noted customers of all stripes are welcomed there. Risette Twinings notes the utensils are very well maintained.
Van Arkride lives in a rental apartment over said Bistro. The address is Edith City 8th Borough 5-21-3-201 and it acts as the office for the Arkride Solutions Office. He pays rent to Victor each month, but often sorts this out with Paulette.
Victor is not too concerned with maintaining the atmosphere and tradition of the Bistro when he is gone. He intended to pass it onto Paulette, his daughter, but does not mind if she converts it into a more modern style cafe. Yumé also helps out from time to time and is eventually referred to as 'Montmart's Poster Girl'.

The floor above the Bistro serves as the Arkride Solutions Office's main hub between each mission. Between each mission, Van returns to Montmart Bistro, where he often has conversations with Victor, Paulette and Yumé. As new party members join the Arkride Solutions Office, they rent new rooms over the Bistro.
The night before the Revolution Day, the Bistro becomes the site of a party involving Van, the Arkride Solutions Office and many of their acquaintances. On the Bistro's roof, that night, Van, Elaine and René hang out discussing about their time in Aramis.
The Bistro served as a shelter during Pandemonium. Feri Al-Fayed, Ashen Lu, Shaheena, and Daswani stayed there.
