Millium Orion - SD Model (Sen III)
Hold on, it looks like Millium wants to tell you something.
Hey-hey! White Rabbit here! Lammy scanned this article and said it contains unmarked spoilers for all Trails games. Turn back now if you don't want to get lasered! Okay, byee!

The Orgueille (オルグイユ) is a small, orbal-driven, high-speed tank developed by the Intelligence Division. It boasts twice the firepower of a regular Achtzehn, being a match even to the Royal Army's airships, and is equipped with a Gospel unit.[1]

Background[]

Trails in the Sky SC[]

The Orgueille started being developed in secret by the Intelligence Division in S.1202, some time before the coup d'etat.[Note 1][2] The Division couldn't find a proper engine to power the tank, so it was stored away.

When tailing a squad of Spec Ops soldiers in the Bose region, Anelace Elfead learns they were using Ravennue Mine as their hideout. She enters it and searches their camp, and finds blueprints for a vehicle called "Orgueille".[1]

After Colonel Richard was arrested, Captain Amalthea learns that the Arseille sample engines to be given to Erebonia and Calvard as part of the signing ceremony are being kept in Grancel's harbor, and leads her men there to steal one of them and install it on the tank.

Kanone kidnapped Duke Dunan and planned to attack the castle with the Orgueille, putting the Duke on the throne and getting Richard out of prison. On her way there from the harbor, she's stopped by Captain Schwarz and the Royal Guard, in possession of two orbal cannons from the Arseille.

Kanone then activates the tank's Gospel, disabling the Army's weapons. She would have been able to move towards the castle were it not for Father Kevin, who arrived at the scene wielding the Chronos Rod and broke it on the Gospel, releasing latent orbal energy from the artifact which was strong enough to overpower the Gospel's capabilities of syphoning energy. This made it possible for the bracers, Father Kevin and the Royal Guard to attack the Orgueille, destroying it in the process.[1]

Notes[]

  1. Dayan mentions that the mystery of forged budgets in the royal treasure was solved after witnessing the Orgueille, and that he wouldn’t know how things would turn out if it had been completed by the time of the coup, implying its development started at least before the coup.[1]
