Simeon (シメオン), also known as the Imaginator (幻想使い(イマジネーター)), is Enforcer No. VII of Ouroboros.

Introduction

Ouroboros' Enforcer No. VII, the Imaginator. His title refers to his ability to bring figments of his imagination into reality—including the likes of legendary cryptids. As this ability has the potential to do significant harm, both the Septian Church and the Bracer Guild have been watching him with great scrutiny. Though gentlemanly in demeanor, Simeon has a penchant for prevarication and, at times, theatrics. The Grim Garten's Medieval Gothic appearance reflects his stylistic preferences.

Simeon is an enigmatic individual, maintaining a calm and gentleman‑like demeanor but with a penchant for prevarication and for the theatrical.
