The South Sutherland Highway (南サザーラント街道) is a road connecting Saint-Arkh with Parm.

Background[]
Thors Branch Campus establishes camp for their first field exercise in an area next to the highway. Class VII then investigates a train derailment along the highway on their way to Parm, with inconclusive results.
On the night of their first day, Ouroboros assaults the camp, forcing the students and instructors to defend the Derfflinger. After holding the line until Shirley Orlando intervenes, they're rescued by Elliot Craig, Laura S. Arseid and Fie Claussell.
