Father Theodore, a NPC met in Ruan
Father Theodore is the priest in charge of the Ruan branch of the Septian Church.
Faithful but crass, he likes to reminisce about the times that Ruan was only a harbor town without the tourism industry being a heavy influence upon the town. He feels that the church, like the harbor, is slowly sliding into obscurity. Already, he's annoyed by the fact that he regularly gets rowdy tourists in his mass who are only present to see the spectacular sight of the light reflecting on the ocean's water shining through the stained glass windows during sunset and already he had to put up with an article in a magazine describing his church as a tourist attraction.
Despite the visitors no longer being as devoted to the church as they used to be, Father Theodore is still completely dedicated to his duties and after he fire at the Mercia Orphanage, he plans to visit the children together with Sister Frieda in order to lift their spirits.
