Introduction[]
Ouroboros' Enforcer No. XVIII, the Influencer. She possesses the ability to use 'Power Words,' which allow her to manipulate others' actions, perception of reality, and battle prowess. Underneath her gaudy, flashy exterior is someone with quite the level head. If she deems their actions unreasonable enough, she'll chide even her own colleagues. Ulrika refrains from using her ability while streaming to the public, believing it to be disrespectful to both her viewers and other streamers. Of course, this means she owes her popularity not to her powers of manipulation, but to her pure, unadulterated charm.[1]
