Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga (イースvs.空の軌跡 オルタナティブ・サーガ) is a crossover fighting game developed and published by Nihon Falcom for PlayStation Portable in 2010. It is a spin-off title in which characters sourced from primarily Ys and Trails in the Sky FC, SC, and the 3rd series are drawn into battles.
A fan translation was released on October 16, 2021 by The Geofront.[1] However, the game was later announced to be officially released in 2025 by refint/games.[2]
Setting[]
Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga follows the setting of Nihon Falcom's celebrated PC-88 game Xanadu, in which otherworldly warriors are summoned to defeat Dragon King Galsis, who has been revived in Xanadu, a world formerly celebrated as a paradise.
