Zecalte, a NPC met in Ruan
Zecalte is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
He's a navigation officer on a merchant vessel who takes pride in his work who regularly hangs out at the Aqua Rossa Bar in the southern part of town.
When he's first met, he's busy enjoying his shore leave after a trip to Calvard, which in his case often involves drinking at the bar until he's drunk.
He's still in town when Mayor Dalmore gets arrested, but mentions that the election of the new mayor won't take place until after the end of his shore leave and since he's usually at sea for months at a time, he won't be able to put his vote in. He does hope, like many of his fellow sailors, that the next mayor won't forget the city's naval businesses, as Dalmore was wont to do.
